A white serpent sanctum coiled into a motionless vortex, its pale scales wound with lotuses. A cold halo rises behind it, and the lotus petals near its cheeks open and close with each breath.

It sleeps without waking and moves only the cheek-lotuses with its breath. Those who fall into the water are gently pulled to the bottom of dream.
