A moth body fused with an owl head. Its vast wings are lined with reversed teeth, opening like a mouth that swallows light. The juvenile is only a round little owl; the adult suddenly expands into a huge wingspan.

Phototaxis governs it completely. It circles any point of light until the wing membrane burns away.
